Peter has guided over 70 organizations through comprehensive strategic planning processes and helped create over 100 practical strategic plans that don't end up on the shelf. Clients include Fortune 500 corporations, state and international associations, private companies, universities, municipalities, and non-profit organizations.
Peter holds a doctorate from Western Michigan University in Applied Behavior Analysis with emphasis on Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and Behavioral Systems Analysis (BSA). He received an MS in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. At WMU, he serves as adjunct associate professor in the area of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
